Paper Feature

So out the blue an old friend from School has got in touch that now works as a journalist at the Scunthorpe Telegraph and has offered to put me a feature in the paper about the current label launch and the charity work with the Cyrenians! Of course this is fantastic as it is more promotion for the brand and the charity! So far I've written a back story of the project and sent of a selection of Images to Rochelle Hughes (incredibly talented journalist, check out her blog link on my side panel!) And hopefully the article should feature in this Friday's addition of the paper, of course I will be posting the article as soon as I get it!

Behind the Scenes!

Just a few behind the scenes amateur photos for the Summer 13 shoot that took place on Friday! Got some amazing picture and both Imogen Wall, photographer, and Paige Dawson, model, were fantastic to work with. Photographs are currently in editing and should be through tomorrow.. It's all very exciting!!

Photo Shoot Day!

Only today did I realise how difficult it is to carry a baseball bat, la cross stick, squash racket, Hurley racket, frisbee and skipping rope alongside a whole lot of make up...

Problematic may be an understatement!

On the up side we're now all set and ready to go, excited much? YES!! .

Photoshoot Preparation!

Tomorrow is the photo shoot for the Summer 2013 Lookbook so today has been spent getting everything perfect and ready! I've created a hair and make-up board and a styling board to make the process easier tomorrow morning when working with my model and photographer but all garments and accessories for the mini capsule collection are finished and looking beautiful! The model I'm using (Paige Dawson) looks fantastic and also cheerleads as a hobby so I'm hoping to utilise her skills and want to encorporate alot movement! I was hoping to do the photo shoot in an old stye school gym or sports hall but unfortunately haven't been able to find the right space for an affordable cost so instead have opted to do a studio shoot.

Can't wait to share the results!
